Example of Past Life Trauma Causing Problems with Relationship

David had great problems finding nice women to date. He always chose to date women who he was sure are not “marriage material.” In EMT, we found out it was related to a traumatic past lifetime in England in the 18th century. Strangely enough, even though David declared that he did not believe in past lives, when we started checking for where the trauma occurred, he immediately said “England.” He did not know where this knowledge came to him. He said it was just a lucky guess. Yet, he again “guessed” he was a woman in that lifetime and that the trauma was related to fire. He did not see anything in his mind’s eye, just said these things. When this was confirmed with muscle testing, he could no longer explain it as a guess. He then stated it was “intuition.” I explained all the knowledge of past lifetimes held in the Akashic records were totally available to his innate/higher self. We proceeded with muscle testing to get more details and between the information for EMT and David’s “intuition,” we found out that David was a woman in that lifetime. After her marriage and having three children, she found out that her husband was homosexual, and he left her alone, as he traveled with his lover. David was totally exhausted between working to put bread on the table and taking care of the kids, that one night he fell asleep while a candle was still burning. The house caught fire, and David and the kids died in the fire. Here again, we can see how much easier this technique is over hypnotic regression. As even though we discovered the essential details of the trauma, David had only fleeting visions with no emotional or physical pain. “Trauma in England, 18th century” – weak muscle. “I want to release the trauma” – weak muscle. “I deserve to release the trauma” – weak muscle. “My husband deserves for me to release the trauma” – weak muscle. “His lover deserves for me to release the trauma” – strong muscle. “God deserves for me to release the trauma” – strong muscle. “It is safe for me to release the trauma” – weak muscle. David stated it made total sense to him that he blamed himself for causing the fire, that he blamed his then-husband for abandoning him, leaving him alone with the kids without any financial support; and, of course, it was dangerous for him to release the trauma. He was afraid that should he release the trauma he would be exposed to the danger that he would again marry the wrong person and...

Example of An Actor Sabotaging His Acting Career Because of Past Life Trauma

Joe came to me after he could not secure work as an actor in spite of the fact that he was very talented, with a degree in theater and film from the very best universities. He had a good agent that sent him to quite a few auditions. He felt he somehow managed not to give his best in auditions. We checked if he had some kind of subconscious sabotage. Joe believed that this was a result of past life trauma. So, we checked muscle strength with the affirmation: “I have a past life trauma related to acting” – strong muscle, “yes.” We narrowed it down to Ireland in the beginning of the 20th century. “I was a woman then” – strong muscle, “yes.” “I was an actress” – strong muscle, “yes.” “Trauma in Ireland in the 20th century” – weak muscle. Indeed, this trauma still affected Joe energetically. After this session, Joe had a dream when he was a successful actress, who was very successful but then became an alcoholic and had a traumatic death. He decided to Google for famous Irish actresses in the beginning of the 20th century. He found out the story of Molly Allgood, who was a brilliant actress at Abbey Theater in Dublin. Two of her closest relations died, and she became an alcoholic and died from burns she received after falling into the fireplace of her home. Joe was, to some degree, shocked by it, but on the other hand, it explained to him his previous fascination with everything Irish, and his intolerance of people who drink alcohol. As a small child, he could not stand when his parents were drinking and gave them hell, screaming for them not to drink. He also was afraid to get close to the fireplace. So now that Joe knew the trauma and the early death of her fiancé and then her husband, we were able to proceed with testing and releasing the subconscious sabotage to release the trauma. When he stated, “I want to release the trauma” – muscle was weak, “no.” “I deserve to release the trauma” – weak muscle, “no.” We also found out with muscle testing that his father in that lifetime as Molly, did not deserve it, as he was a strict Protestant who condemned his girl’s love of song and dance. He died when she was 10, and she was put in an orphanage. John Synge, the playwright, was in love with her, and they were engaged against his family’s wishes. However, he died shortly thereafter, and she was heartbroken. So, when we checked “Synge deserves for me to get...

Example of Past Life Trauma Causing a Block in a Music Career

Debra was a successful business woman, owning her own IT company.  Yet, from her early childhood, she wanted to compose music.  She felt extremely frustrated when all her attempts to compose were unsuccessful.  She knew she was talented, yet she would start composing and could not complete any composition.  We found out using Energy Muscle Testing (EMT) that the block was a result of a past life trauma in France in the 18th century.  Debra had no idea and no memories.  She even was not sure she believes in past lives. We proceeded using EMT to narrow down more details of the trauma.  It came out that in that lifetime, she was a man, a successful composer who was murdered by another less successful musician because of jealousy.  So, of course, it was unsafe for Debra to be a successful composer, as long as the trauma still affected her energetically.  With muscle testing, we found weak muscle with “The murderer deserves for me to release this trauma,” and “It is safe for me to release it.”  We corrected both by using the Forgiveness Affirmations.  Afterwards, we got a strong muscle both with, “I have 100% subconscious support to release the trauma,” and “Trauma in France in the 18th century.”  This meant we were done, and the trauma successfully removed.  After that, Debra was able to finally finish a few of the sonatas she was stuck with...

Blog Example of Past Life Trauma Causing a Phobia

Amanda had a great fear of chickens that did not make any sense to her.  She never had any trauma with chickens during her childhood.  Yet, the fear was so overwhelming, and she would freeze with terror and panic even when she was near a chicken in a cage or when seeing a poster of a chicken.  We then decided to do energy muscle testing with the affirmation:  “There is a past life trauma connected with chickens.”  Muscle strong, “yes.” We then narrowed it down to Italy in the 16th century.  She was a woman then.  Amanda then said she was having some vague memories, seeing herself pregnant in a barn.  We then checked muscle strength with the affirmation:  “Trauma in Italy in the 16th century, and the muscle was weak, indicating that this trauma still affects Amanda and weakens her energetically. We continued using EMT to narrow down the narrative of the trauma.  It came out that Amanda was a servant girl, and the son of the master of the house had sex with her, and then when she became pregnant sent her away.  She was walking from village to village.  It was winter and snowing when she gave birth in a barn.  She was so exhausted that she slept, only to discover that chickens were pecking her baby to death.  She ended up freezing to death and in emotional agony.  Amanda actually had vivid pictures of the barn and the chickens pecking her baby. Yet, there was no emotional load with those memories, only an understanding why she was so terrified of chickens.  “I want to release this trauma” – muscle weak, “no.” “I want to keep this trauma” – muscle strong, “yes”.  This made no sense to Amanda, but I explained this was because there was subconscious sabotage to release the trauma, and we continued to narrow it down:  “I deserve to release the trauma” – weak muscle, “no,” she did not deserve, showing she felt shame or guilt or feeling she was not good enough.  “Others deserve for me to release the trauma,” weak muscle, showing “no,” they don’t deserve it, indicating subconscious feelings of anger, hatred, and vindictiveness.  We checked for “The father of the baby deserves for me to release the trauma” – weak muscle, meaning no he did not deserve.  This was as expected, as he seduced her and then dumped her.  “My parents deserve for me to release the trauma” – weak muscle – “no,” they did not deserve, as they did not accept her back into their home and disowned her for being a “whore.” There was also weak muscle...

Past Life Trauma Affecting Sexual Behavior

Past Life Trauma Affecting Sexual Behavior

Jennifer came with her husband, who complained that his wife is being passive during their sex. She never initiates. She just “lies there” letting him do with her as he pleases. It is a complete turn-off for him. After we took a complete history and found no problem and no trauma causing Jennifer’s attitude towards sex, we decided to use Energy Muscle Testing (EMT), The tested muscle was strong when we tested with the affirmation: “It is related to past life trauma.” We again, using EMT, narrowed the trauma to the 12th century in Greece. Jennifer was then a widow with a baby. Jennifer had a vivid memory of this lifetime, and she described that she was Jewish, and her husband died from the flu. Both her husband and her baby were sick, and she attended to the baby and felt guilty she could not save her husband. She then felt she did not deserve to have the pleasure of being a spouse. Jennifer vividly saw in her mind’s eye a memory from this past life “a person of authority with a huge beard” who took care of her and her son. She said he loved her, but even though she cared about him, she did not love him. She agreed to have sex with him but was passive and just let him do with her body as he pleased. She felt dissociated from her body at the time they had intercourse. Jennifer felt she put herself in purgatory as penance for not giving her husband enough attention to save him, as she put her efforts towards saving the baby. By not enjoying sex, she was showing her dead husband she still loved him. When Jennifer had this detailed memory, she immediately saw the connection to how she behaves with her husband as a result of the trauma in Greece. She had a weak muscle with the affirmations: “I deserve to release this trauma;” “my husband then deserves for me to release the trauma;” “God deserves for me to release the trauma;” and “it is safe for me to release the trauma.” Once we performed Forgiveness Affirmations to clear all of these, we finally got a strong muscle with, “I have 100% subconscious support for me to release this trauma.” Now the muscle that was weak before with “trauma in Greece in the 12th century,” became strong, showing that the trauma was released. During their following visit Jennifer and her husband were happy to report during their following visit about a complete change in Jennifer’s sexual behavior. She initiated sex and was more active. She reported the experience to...

Visual Field/Kinesiology for Treating Trauma

Visual Field/Kinesiology for Treating Trauma

According to Karatzias T et al, (2011) EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) was somewhat superior to EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) in treatment of PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder). Many types of eye movements have been used to treat trauma other than EMDR: Rapid Eye Technology (RET), Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Eye Movement Integration (EMI) and Eye Pattern Release. Some researchers suggested that the eye movements in EMDR was unnecessary and using tones or bilateral stimulation such as the butterfly hug were as effective. Yet, this is not the case. Van Den Hout et al ( 2012) found tones inferior to eye movements in the EMDR treatment of PTSD. Benor (2005) uses a combination of EFT and bilateral stimulation in his technique WHEE (Wholistic Hybrid EMDR-EFT). He cited Asha Nahoma Clinton, of Seemorg Matrix Work who found that alternating tapping on the beginning of the eye brows, while reciting the affirmation, works just as well as the entire series of EFT points. However he has been using the “Butterfly Hug” instead. There is no research comparing the effectiveness of WHEE either with EFT or EMDR. My technique: Visual Field/Kinesiology (VF/K), is a modification of Eye Pattern Release, by Donna Eden. Except Eden only does it using a horizontal figure 8 in the visual field. I found in my practice that it is not enough and we need to cover the entire visual field. I also found that it is mandatory to first remove subconscious sabotage to let go of the trauma. EFT and EMDR have the same common denominator: They combine affirmations with some kind of sensory stimulation. They share that with Sensory-motor Psychotherapy, that uses the body, rather than cognitive or emotion as a primary entry point in processing trauma. According to Milton Erickson, severe stress or trauma produces an altered state, as a form of spontaneous hypnosis which encodes problems and symptoms in a manner which binds them to this altered state. Brent Baum uses the holographic model of Karl Pribram. He regards flashbacks and other dissociation symptoms of PTSD as emotions stuck in a holographic space. He regards dissociated emotions created at a moment of trauma as 3D geometrical metaphors that are frozen and stuck in a holographic space, that like hologram contains the entire trauma. The holographic model of the mind posits that holographic memory principle (when each memory fragment contains the whole) enable any one of sensory fragments to replicate or trigger the whole stored memory. So, any sensory response- touch smell or sight can trigger the entire trauma. Visual triggers may be the most common. Sometimes there may...

More on Past Life Trauma Clearing

There was more development regarding the client with a past life in Japan that I wrote about in my previous blog. Just to remind you, Mary was cleared by my Visual Field/Kinesiology Field for trauma in Japan where she was a dancer and a concubine of the emperor.  When the emperor discovered she was a Zen student, he exiled her teacher and executed his students. After her sabotage to spiritual development was released, she had another block.  This time she presented the complaint that her business is not advancing as expected, and she cannot break through a glass ceiling and become more famous and financially successful. We found out she had weak muscle (sabotage) when we checked, “It is safe for me to be famous.”  She was puzzled by it, and by using muscle testing we further narrowed it down to the fear that being successful and famous would jeopardize her marriage.  Again, we found it was related to some past life in Japan. Mario, her current husband, was her father during the Japan incarnation.  He was very possessive of her. We found using muscle testing that he was jealous when she danced for the emperor and for the entire court.  He also became angry at her when she fell out of grace due to her spiritual practices. We cleared the fear from that trauma, but muscle testing still showed that her husband, Mario, was still jealous, and her becoming famous would endanger the marriage.  Therefore, I requested for Mario to come in for a session.  Reluctantly he came, very much in doubt about the entire process.  He was totally perplexed that his muscle testing totally verified the fact that he was, indeed, sabotaging his wife’s success out of jealousy and that it was related to the past life in Japan in the 13th century. Muscle testing with Mario verified that he was, indeed, Mary’s father then and that he was very traumatized by her being a famous dancer.  Not only was he jealous of her being in the public eye and having all men attracted to her, he was also very angry at her for being a student of the Zen Master.  He, as the father of the emperor’s favorite concubine, got a lot of status, riches, and benefits.  These were all taken away from him after she fell from grace.  He became very angry and unsupportive toward his daughter for causing all that trouble, rejected her, and there was a total disconnect between them. So, this trauma in his subconscious makes him feel that it was dangerous to their marriage, should she be successful on a grand...

Past Life Treatment Made Easy

How to Remove Past Life Trauma Without Traumatizing Yourself All Over Again By Re-experiencing It. Past life regression became popular by Dr. Bryan Weiss, using hypnosis. However, this method is excruciatingly painful, as you need, in the hypnotic trance, to experience the previous trauma and death. Now there is a technique that allows you to find past life trauma that blocks you, and release is totally pain-free. I’ve accomplished this by combining three unique methods, into this simple 3 step process: 1. We find out if there was indeed any past life trauma, and it’s details, when, where, and what happened during the traumatic event. We do this using Energy Muscle Testing (EMT), which works by inquiring and confirming information from your subconscious without bringing up the memory and so it’s emotional reactions, into the conscious level. 2. We then use the same method to detect if there is any subconscious blockage that might prevent the removal of the trauma, and use my technique of removing subconscious sabotage (Sabotage Correction Technique), as detailed in my book The First Key. 3. Once we have a strong muscle with the affirmation: “I have 100% subconscious support for me to release the trauma using the same Energy Muscle Testing technique”, we then use my Visual Field/Kinesiology technique to release the trauma. Mary came to me, as she felt blocked in her spiritual development. She could not go into deep meditation without feeling fear. When we looked for subconscious sabotage, we discovered that the muscle was weak when she stated, “It is safe for me to meditate deeply.” Mary had no idea what could be unsafe. We explored issues of losing control, etc. She did not have any. With further EMT, it appeared that this was a result of a past life trauma. We narrowed it down with muscle testing to one lifetime she had in Japan in the 13th century. At that time she was a concubine of the Emperor and was a student of a Zen Master. When the Emperor discovered it, he beheaded her and a few other students and sent the spiritual teacher to exile. We were able to remove the trauma using my Sabotage Correction Technique (SCT) and then Visual Field/Kinesiology (VFK), which I will describe below. These techniques are totally painless, requiring no memory of the trauma and no reliving the trauma (like in past life regression with hypnosis, etc.). Interestingly enough, the next week Mary brought me an article she Googled about the Emperor in the 13th century, and the entire story was verified. She found the name of the Zen Master in the 13th century that was sent into exile....

Technique for Trauma Release.

Trauma can be easily released using Visual Field/Kinesiology technique that is very simple to use, and does not require talking about the painful experience. First I detect and remove subconscious sabotage to let go of the trauma, using my SCT (Sabotage Correction Technique). Then I ask the person to stand up with one arm to the side and resist me when I attempt to push the arm down (kinesiology). At the same time the person, with his head fixed at the center, is asked to follow my fingers, that I move systematically covering the entire visual field (Visual Field). I ask the person to mentally connect with the trauma that she intends to release. Just the intent to release the trauma is all we need.  There is no need to talk about it, relive it or remember any details. When at a certain point in the Visual field I encounter a weak muscle, I stay there for a few seconds till the weak muscle becomes strong again. Then I proceed to other points till I reach another point with an associated weak muscle, and I stay there till the muscle is strong. I learned this technique from the High Priestess of Energy Medicine Donna Eden. Except Donna only did it using a horizontal figure 8 in the visual field. I found in my practice that it is not enough and we need to cover the entire visual field. I also found out that it is mandatory to first remove subconscious sabotage to let go of the trauma. After we get a strong muscle with the statement: “There is a 100% subconscious support to release the trauma” we can ask the body, with energy muscle testing what is the preferred method to release it. Usually I found that about 60% of the time VF/K is the preferred method. About 30% it is EFT. In 10% there are other methods such as N.E.T, Reconnection, Heart assisted Therapy, Logosynthesis etc. The beauty of this technique is that it is extremely simple and can be completed within minutes. Regarding the possible mechanism of actions, I can refer you to the proposed mechanism of action for EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) that is one of the current methods of choice to treat PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) and is used by the Veteran Administration to treat...
