Do you Self Sabotage Your Performance as a Sales Person?

let’s look at some specific examples of salespersons sabotaging their sales: Judy had a fear of making presentations. She was feeling extremely uncomfortable when she needed to present to even a small group of people. She was fidgeting, could not think clearly. Her mouth was cotton dry and she had heart palpitations. Using muscle testing we found out that when she was at age 5 she spoke with a lisp and the children laughed at her. She was humiliated when she was taken out of the class by a speech therapist. After we pinpointed the cause we were able to remove this painful memory and its impact by using my Sabotage Correcting Technique (SCT). She now makes presentations to large groups of people and was able to secure a better paying job as a result. Dan was a sales person that told me he understood where the idiom “cold calls” came from. He had cold hands and feet literally whenever he needed to make cold calls, either in person or on the phone. “This damn phone weighs a ton”. Energy Muscle Testing (EMT) showed that this was a result of fear of rejection going back to age 8, when the friend he invited to his birthday, did not show up. Again there was a happy ending to Dan’s problem using SCT. Becky was doing well in presentation and cold calls but she had a huge problem when it came to asking for the sale. In her case we found out that Becky was harshly punished by her strict father, whenever she asked for a toy or sweets. We were able to remove this imprint by using my unique Sabotage Correction Technique and Becky became the number one salesperson in her district. John was having problems answering objections. By now can you imagine what we found with EMT? Yes, as a child John was told repeatedly not to answer back as this is considered argumentative and disrespectful. It was easy to remove this type of sabotage. Melissa had a problem writing proposals. It took her hours, going back and forth. In her case we did not even need to use EMT. She knew exactly that it was a result of her English teacher, who kept failing her and giving her bad grades on her essays. In high school her mother ended up writing her essays for her. It took just one session of SCT combined with Energy Psychology techniques to get rid of all the negative memories and for Melissa to be able to be comfortable writing proposals In my years of practice I worked with dozens of sales persons,...

Abundance Does Not Attract Happiness

Abundance Does Not Attract Happiness. Happiness Attracts Abundance! Research showed that earning more than $60,000 a year does not add on to people’s happiness. And the Dali Lama just tweeted a week ago about just that. On the other hand, the Law of Attraction clearly points to the fact that the key to success is happiness. So, if you have ever wondered how to manifest success, if you’ve ever asked yourself: “How can I be rich?” you need to change your quest. The more important question is: “How can I be happy in life?” Being happy is making you vibrate at a higher vibration band. Since we are made of energy, and we are in a sense electro-magnets, we attract to us experiences and people that have the same high vibration band. These positive people and positive experiences will make us even more happy and grateful which attracts even better experiences and this cycle will keep on going, elevating us higher and higher, attracting success in business, in relationship, and in life. So, it is clear that the secret of success is happiness. What is the key to happiness? When we set out in pursuit of happiness the real question is not so much what is happiness but:  “The How of Happiness.”  I think after researching Human Consciousness for my entire psychiatric career, (40 years and counting) and studying with enlightened teachers for 36 years, I have the answers. The key to happiness is LOVE. And, you cannot really love anyone unless you first love yourself. I am not talking about egotistic, narcissistic, selfish love. I am talking about loving yourself unconditionally, as a “child of God” or of Mother Earth. Being a psychiatrist I am not surprised that none of my patients love themselves unconditionally. Yet, I came to discover, that most of the people I interviewed around me, (I am talking about thousands of people), admitted they did not even know how it feels to love themselves unconditionally. I love the Analogy of Ken Wilber, who wrote that most people walk around with the feeling that they are less wet than the other waves in the ocean of life. Most people I energetically checked have the subconscious belief that they did not deserve to be happy. They carry suppressed negative emotions, negative beliefs about themselves that they are “less than perfect”, “not good enough” and overall unlovable. So, the key to abundance starts with loving yourself unconditionally. Make it your self priority. The first step is to clear the blockages to loving yourself unconditionally on an energy level. Energy Psychology is a new, powerful branch of psychology...

Money and Marriage

A lot of women have the expectation that their husbands should be like their fathers and be excellent providers and allow them to have the extravagant lifestyle that they are accustomed to.  They spend as much money as their husband gives them, and it is never enough.  This creates a lot of resentment from the husband, who may not be as rich as the father, and even if he is, he may have a different attitude towards money.  He may be more of a saver, coming from a fear of more difficult times ahead or just in order to build a nice investment account in order to have passive income. A spouse who is having a different attitude about spending money could be a continuous source of resentment, anger, and even fights among the couples.  So, an open discussion about how to spend the family income is in order.  The worst possible thing is to avoid talking and addressing the subject.  Fights about money are frequently the cause of divorce. The most important thing is to first do inventory and find out how much money is spent on necessities:  mortgage, insurances, groceries, etc.  Then, based on the income, the couple needs to discuss how much they agree to save.  The best would be to do it as an automatic order of a certain amount of money going into a swing account, IRA, DRIP, brokerage account, etc.  So, this money for them does not exist.  They have to manage with what is left. In my practice, I often do couples therapy.  The most frequent issues that come up in therapy are money and sex, in that order.  A lot of times these are connected, as in the most ancient trade in the world – sex is being given for money or expensive jewelry and/or other luxuries.  And, on the contrary, sex is being withheld by both partners, as a punishment by a resentful spouse.  Sometimes it is done consciously and intentionally.  Sometimes it is done unconsciously, as some kind of subconscious sabotage.  Sometimes fights about money issues bring the couple to estrangement and distance and affects intimate relationships in an indirect way. Love is blind, and when you fall in love, you become addicted to your partner.  You have no or little impulse control; you feel on top of the world; you want to impress your lover; you feel invulnerable.  This is dangerous, as you are tempted to spend thousands of dollars on gifts, and you want to spoil your sweetheart.  You want to show them your love, and you don’t look at budgeting.  Our society is a consumer society,...

How to Make the Law of Attraction Work for You?

How to Make the Law of Attraction Work for You?

A lot of my patients ask me how to be a success. They do everything by the book, say the perfect affirmations, think positively, and do dream boards as suggested in the book “The Secret”. Yet they are not successful in making the Law of Attraction work for them. What is going on? We are indeed electromagnets and we attract to us people and experiences that vibrate at the same wave-length. Except at least 95% of what we radiate is what is going on beyond the level of our conscious awareness. Let’s say we are consciously trying to radiate positive thoughts and feelings. If we have suppressed negative emotions or negative imprints, it would bring down our vibrations to a much lower vibrations band.  Not being aware of that we can get the mistaken conclusion that the Law of Attraction does not work.    In my book, The First Key, How to Remove Subconscious Sabotage I address, in details, how to detect and remove the sabotage that holds you back. In this book I mainly write about imprints and negative suppressed emotions that we gather from our life experience, mainly from our childhood.  I am now in the process of writing a series of blogs and e-book about the Key to Success, including financial success. I continue to explore and simplify ways on how to be happy by removing subconscious sabotage to happiness and success. My next project is to address fear of success resulting from fears caused by 6 modules: Physical, Emotional, Mental, Spiritual, Relationship, and Women’s issues. For example: -Fear of success related to the physical issues would be a fear, conscious or subconscious that becoming successful may take away from time to exercise, eat right, or enjoy recreational activities. -Fear of success related to spiritual module would be the fear that money would make you greedy and vain, or that if you have more money it would be at the expense of the millions who are dying of starvation. -Fear of success related to women’s issue would be for example a subconscious fear not to be a good mother if you chose to have a career or a fear that being more successful than your husband would cause you your marriage. My more advanced work would be to address the same 6 modules but trying the find the roots in past lives. If you believe in reincarnation, you can also see that you are carrying in your subconscious blueprints from past lives. Some may call this Karma. But all it is is a negative experience that is vibrating at a certain band that attracts similar experiences,...

Making Money, Investing Money, Saving Money – Do You Sabotage Your Money Line?

Is the Law of Attraction working for you? It always does. It is a Universal law. But what exactly are you attracting? You say positive affirmations. You work hard. You visualize yourself as a millionaire. You create Dream Boards, like they showed in The Secret. Still nothing much is happening. Do you stop believing in the Law of Attraction? Or maybe you subconsciously sabotage yourself? Are the magnets in your subconscious attracting something else? Okay, you may not be aware of it, but if there is something disruptive in your subconscious about making money, you are not going to be successful at making it. You’ll find many excuses. You may think it is because you are not focused enough, that you don’t do enough research, that there is too much information etc., etc. What is going on underneath the surface? Do you feel you deserve to make more money? Are you too young? Too old? Uneducated? Is it safe for you? The good news is that all the answers are available literally at your fingertips. To sign up for free videos demonstrating how to get to the answers within, go to www.TheFirstKey.com. The book The First Key, How to Remove Subconscious Sabotage (Now available also as an e-book here) outlines technique that not only allows you to find what is causing the subconscious sabotage – but also how to easily and quickly remove it. Fear-based subconscious sabotage occurs when people feel it is unsafe for them to achieve a goal either from fear of failure or fear of success. Fear of failure is more common than fear of success. Fear of success is less intuitively known, but it can come from a variety of sources. Why should you fear financial success? Because: What if you become unsuccessful again? You have a fear of the unknown. You’ll have more responsibilities. Or you may have any of the following types of beliefs or fears: You may have the subconscious belief that when you’ll be successful your friends and family would be jealous or resentful, or they’ll take advantage of you. You may have the belief that once successful you’ll be too busy to enjoy life, or you’ll lose your family. It is not spiritual. You may believe you cannot be financially successful as a woman. Let’s take Leslie as an example: Leslie, a scientist, was terrible at investing money. She kept making bad investments. I asked her how she invested, and she stated that she listened to the advice of friends who were good investors. She also followed the advice of a broker who was recommended to her by a friend....
